Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can easily register your withdrawal via our automated returns portal . There you can submit your request quickly and easily:

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less the return shipping costs in accordance with our returns policy .
That means:

• If you use our return label via the returns portal, a flat fee of €5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

• If you arrange the return at your own expense, this flat fee will not apply.

The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
