Exchange & Complaint

At MIJOSURF, your satisfaction is our top priority . We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Should an item not meet your expectations or have a defect, you can easily process your exchange, complaint, or cancellation via our automated returns portal – quickly, easily, and transparently.

Enter your customer number and order number there. You can find these on your invoice, which we sent you by email when your order was shipped. Then select whether it's an exchange, a complaint, or a cancellation.

Return shipping costs

It is important to us to offer our products at particularly attractive prices. Therefore, we do not reimburse return shipping costs in order to keep our sales prices as fair as possible.

If you use your return label via our returns portal, we will deduct a flat rate of €5.00 return shipping costs from your refund.
Alternatively, you can return the package at your own expense – in this case the €5.00 fee will not apply.

refund

Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund you the corresponding amount (minus any €5.00 return shipping costs) within 14 days.
