    • Photos or videos documenting the problem
  2. Processing your request : As soon as we receive your message, we will take care of your request and look for a solution as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we can offer you the following options:

    • Refund of the purchase price
    • Exchange of the product

Return of goods:

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note the following information:

  1. Cancellation period : You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you received the goods.

  2. Return costs :

    • You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  1. Refund : After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price plus standard shipping costs within 14 days. Please note that we may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
