How is a design created?

At mijosurf, designs aren't created at a desk, but on the go: in a van, on the water with a kite or wing, or somewhere between an airport lounge and a secluded beach. Wherever freedom and the sea inspire us.

Mila captures these ideas immediately – sometimes as a quick sketch in her notebook, sometimes directly digitally on her tablet. From these moments, we develop designs that we refine until they perfectly capture the vibe we feel: the passion for kitesurfing, the adventure of travel, and the ease of the surf lifestyle.

The result is posters that are more than just wall decor – little reminders of sessions, trips, and good times outdoors. Printed to a high standard, rich in detail, and designed to bring the same surf vibe to your home as they do to ours.

In addition to prints, we also create streetwear designs – minimalist, but with character. We've invested a lot of time in cuts and fabrics to ensure the pieces fit comfortably and become true favorites.
